Terms of Service

Welcome to Solaia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and Solaia LLC ("Solaia", "we", "our", or "us") and govern your use of the Solaia mobile application and any software, products, or services offered by Solaia (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to that organization.

1. Description of Service

Solaia is an AI-powered nutritional assistant designed to help users regulate their hormones and support weight loss through an anti-inflammatory diet. The Service includes AI food scanning, nutritional insights, and hormonal tracking tools.

Solaia is not a medical organization or a medical device.

The Service provides information for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or hormonal disorder.
Our AI food scanning may occasionally misidentify items. You are responsible for verifying the safety and ingredients of anything you consume, especially if you have allergies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using Solaia, you represent and warrant that you have the full right, power, and authority to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your account and for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Content & Proprietary Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using Solaia. By using the Service, you grant Solaia a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Our Content: All rights, titles, and interests in the Service, including the App, its design, code, AI models, and the "Solaia" brand are the exclusive property of Solaia LLC.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solaia LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to health complications, loss of data, or profits, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Solaia expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
